ER Guard Emergency Response Card is a medical emergency prepaid card that provides emergency care services and treatments to any Member that requires urgent medical intervention. The medical benefit shall be effective five (5) calendar days from date of card activation.

Cardholders must be fifteen (15) days to sixty (60) years old.

Yes, multiple purchases of ER Guard Cards are allowed.

You may opt to refresh your email and check your spam folder. If none of these steps work, please contact The Medicare Plus Concierge or send an email to erguard@medicareplusinc.com. It will help if you can provide a screenshot of your transaction as your proof of payment.

Fill out the form via https://shop.medicareplusinc.com /erguard-activation-form and you will receive an email notification with your Policy & Digital Card within 48 hours. Your ERGUARD Card may be used five (5) days after activation.

Your ER Guard Card is valid for one year upon activation.

Once your activation registration has been successful, your ER Guard Electronic Card will be sent to the email address you provided. You may opt to save your digital ER Guard Card on your phone so it’s always with you anywhere you go.

Please note that ER Guard Cards may only be used during emergencies.

No, you can only use either your ER Guard or your Medicare Plus Plan. Utilizing your benefits at the same time is not allowed.

The ER Guard is not transferable once already activated.

Yes, initial treatment of animal bites, the cost of vaccines limited to a passive and active vaccine for anti-tetanus, anti-venom, and anti-rabies is covered by your ER Guard Card. However, the cost of vaccines is only up to P2,500 for the first dose only.

Cancellation and refund can only be done within 15 days from date of purchase as long as the card has not yet been activated.
